These terms and conditions are the only terms of contract between Make Me Amazing LTD and our purchasers.

If any of our Terms & Conditions are declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by changing them on the site, providing that any change will not affect purchases you have made before the change is implemented.
Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in a waiver of such right. You may assign or transfer your rights under these Terms and Conditions. Both you and we agree that English law applies to these Terms and Conditions and any dispute between us arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will only be dealt with by the English courts, unless you are resident in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will apply and any dispute will be brought before the court there. We are required by law to inform you that purchases will be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
Price & Payment
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service at checkout. Prices are liable to change at any time but changes will not affect orders which have already been made, paid for and dispatched. Orders can not be completed until full payment has been made. Payment can be made via paypal or most major credit/debit cards. When using a credit/debit card for your order, you are confirming that the card is yours. All card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer refuses to authorise your payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery that arises as a result. We are also not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of us processing your credit/debit card payment. Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the items listed may be incorrectly priced. We will rectify any such errors as soon as possible, once being made aware of them. If a products correct price is different from the price stated on our site, we will contact you directly for further instructions.
We will deliver using the delivery option requested by you when placing your order (express of standard delivery). All products ordered will be delivered within the same package, unless otherwise stated by us. We will deliver to the address specified by you at checkout. All items within each order are required to be delivered to the same address.
Cancellation, Returns & Refund
Except for products outlined in the next paragraph, you may cancel your order, or any part of it, at any stage before the products are delivered to you and within 14 days of receiving them. You may do so by returning the products to: Make Me Amazing, 2 Alexandra Gate Ffordd Pengam, Cardiff CF24 2SA.
Any form of nail polish, tanning solution or other product which has health and safety or hygiene issues can not be returned if they have been opened and or used, unless such products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered.
In circumstances where you decide to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you will have a duty to return them to us. All such products should be returned within 14 days after the products has been delivered to you. Until they are returned, you must retain possession of the products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the products to us unused (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them), and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original product packaging.
After you cancel your order and return the products, on receipt of the returned items, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds for products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the order. Refunds may take a few days to rech your bank due to the bank payment clearing timescales.
If any product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a product is faulty, you should return them to us.
All products must be returned in their original packaging. If this has been disposed of, the item must be returned and packaged adequately to avoid damage. Returns are at your own risk so it is highly recommend that you use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage from your courier. If you are return a faulty or damaged item please contact us for details on how to return your item to us.
Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights.

We accept no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses). This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation and any other liability that cannot, under English law, be excluded. Nothing in this section 8 or elsewhere in our Terms & Conditions affects your statutory legal rights.
Events outside our control
We will not accept liability or responsibility for any failure or delays with our performance that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
