to apply you simply apply & cure your colour as normal, apply a good quality no wipe topcoat (our Rubber top or hema free no wipe top are both fab options) cure your topcoat for 30 seconds under an LED lamp & then gently rub in the powder. Once happy apply topcoat & cure.
